Amazing ! I went for the first time for a lymphatic drainage massage after my doctor told me to try... and it was incredible ! Sharna is lovely, gentle and gives the best advice ! I highly recommend her service !

She took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and tailored the session perfectly to what I needed. Not only did she ease my pain, but her lymphatic drainage work left me feeling lighter, refreshed, and so much more comfortable in my body. Amazing therapist doing amazing work. Helped me heal ligament damage in my ankle after a wakeboarding accident. A combination of circulation therapy and gentle manual techniques helped with swelling and mobility, and definitely sped up my recovery. Highly recommend her to anyone dealing with an injury or looking for a more personalised, whole-body approach to recovery!

Sharna has been easing my different ills (arm pain, back pain, leg/knee pain) for a number of years now. The results have always been impressive and what I came to expect from the master of her craft. Sharna has relocated to Airlie - Townsville's loss is Airlie's gain unfortunately for me.
