- Sacrum – Supports the alleviation of sacral and back pain.
- Recovery Move – Designed to assist with anxiety, breathlessness, and distress.
- Knee Release – Helps with knee restriction and pain relief.
- ITB (Iliotibial Band) – Alleviates pain in the ITB and hip region.
- Sartorius / ITB – Assists in straightening the leg and improving squatting ability.
- Foot Balance – Supports overall body balance.
- Forearm – Enhances grip strength and aids in shoulder problems.
