What is the one-day Workshop?
This course goes through the Foundation of Emmett Technique, where it came from, its principles, along with an introduction on how to apply the Technique.
How the Training is Delivered
This training is a ‘hands-on,’ practical day. Your Instructor, Sharna, will be teaching in person and will give a description of the indications of the move followed by a demonstration.
From here, the students will practice the demonstrated move on each other with supervision from their Instructor.
After the practice with the new move, there is a group discussion and feedback on what students have discovered, felt and questions.
